The collection of papers and proof of payment will be done through EasyChair Conference Management System and for Non-Presenter Participants in Google form.

To access the link, participants must have an EasyChair account.

DOESN’T HAVE AN EASYCHAIR ACCOUNT?

 

If participants do not have an EasyChair account, then register at the following link: EasyChair Registration

 

To create an EasyChair account you should have a valid email address and do the following.

  1. pass a captcha to prove that you are not a robot;
  2. fill out a simple form with your personal information;
  3. follow the link we send to your email address to complete the account creation.

ALREADY HAVE AN EASYCHAIR ACCOUNT?

 

Follow the steps through the EasyChair:

1. Here is the login page views:

2. Type the username and password, then click “Log in”.

3. Select the “New Submission

4. Fill in the registration form related to the personal data of the author 1, author 2, and so on. (please fill out completely especially marked *). Select “Corresponding author” for the purposes of communication during the process of collecting paper, receipt paper, including notification of receipt, until the information related to the event.

5. Finally, please attach (“attach”) .doc or .docx version of your proof of payment then click the “Submit” for the collection of abstract.

How to Upload Full Paper on Conference
with EasyChair

1. Go to EasyChair conference webpage: https://easychair.org
2. If you already have an EasyChair account, then use your User name and Password to log in.
3. After you successfully log in to your account, it will show you all the roles you have for this conference.

4. Click the role of the author according to the conference you are taking, and then click view on submission list or click My Submission->Submission Number on top menu.

5. On the paper detail page, to upload the full paper click the Update file menu on the top right menu.

6. Click Choose File button to attach full paper file, then click Submit button
